For possible return of goods, the customer may contact Instyle Newgem’s Customer Service Representative at instylenewgemsales@gmail.com, and shall provide the following information: Reason for the return of goods Quantity, item description, batch number or expiry date of the goods, if available Date of receipt of order, and Trust Receipt (TR) of goods for return
Conditions for return: a) Products must be returned within: 7 days from delivery, for products sold within Metro Manila 14 days from delivery, for products sold outside Metro Manila b) The customer shall surrender the original receipt together with the unused item.
Return of items shall be allowed in the following instances: a) Shipment was made without customer’s authorization or order b) Incorrect item was shipped c) Item does not match description d) Damaged and defective item was shipped
Returns are subject to inspection and acceptance by Instyle Newgem Cosmetic Corporation, and the value of the product/s may not be off-set against outstanding invoices, if any, until a credit memo is issued. Instyle Newgem Cosmetic Corporation reserves the right to destroy the product and refuse credit if the product is returned without complying with the above procedures. This Return Policy is subject to revision at any time without notice, solely at Instyle Newgem Cosmetic Corporation’s discretion.
Customers who shall return any item for any reason allowed under these terms and condition shall be given the option to: a) Obtain credit for future purchases with Instyle Newgem; b) Receive replacement product; c) Proportionate price reduction; or d) Cash reimbursement. Should the customer fail to advise or elect an option; the returned product shall be treated as credit for future purchases.
