Upon approval, we will process a refund of 985 pesos back to your original payment method. Please be aware that a transaction fee of 10, 15, 20 pesos, or any other applicable amount, will be deducted from the total refund. Therefore, the net refund amount will be 985 pesos.

If your original purchase cost 1000 pesos, the deducted fee covers the associated transaction costs. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Please note that the refund will be processed through your original payment method, specifically BDO or AUB, based on the available options. The refund will be sent to the same bank account information used for your original purchase.
