ADMIN STAFF / PURCHASING STAFF
Responsibilities:
- Finding accurate suppliers for a specific thing that may be needed for operational and office use.
- Coordinating and negotiating with the suppliers for the delivery of products / raw materials needed for operational, production and office use.
- Filing and safe keeping of confidential documents that may be given by the management
- Regularly does the administrative / clerical work
Qualifications:
- Female; not more than 28 years old;
- Graduate of any business course (4years)
- Experience in the same field of work is an advantage
- With good communication skills
- Can work with minimal supervision; Team-player
- Can work under pressure; Computer Literate
And other tasks that maybe assigned for you by the management from time to time.
ADMIN STAFF
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide office orientation for new employees
- Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT/ TEAM LEADER
Responsibilities:
- Propose and implement sales and marketing programs;
- Responsible in conducting, gathering and analyzing marketing research;
- Assist in program planning; Able to motivate and supervise company’s frontliners
- Sales oriented and be able to establish sales lead;
Qualifications:
- Male/Female; not more than 30 years old;
- Graduate of Marketing and/or any Business related courses;
- Preferably with expertise in direct selling/retail merchandising;
- Proficient in English and Filipino, written or oral
- Aggressive and with passion to succeed; Team-player
- With pleasing personality; people oriented

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CHEMIST
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in giving technical assistance and other laboratory activities on production
- Organizes work to meet schedules and deadlines to meet customer satisfaction and ensure timely release products
- Coordinates with production in accordance with the established quality standards in terms of product appearance, content level, and other related matters
- Ensures that safety regulations, as well as Good Laboratory practices are strictly followed in facilitating his responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Male/Female; not more than 30 years old;
- Candidate must be graduate of Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- With at least 1-2 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry or the same field

HRAD STAFF / ADMIN STAFF
Responsibilities:
- Shall provide technical/administrative to the HRAD Head in the implementation and development of HR programs;
- Facilitates processing of all company and government-mandated benefits such as Philhealth, SSS, HMDF (Pag-ibig)
- Maintains accurate timekeeping, attendance-related records for the purpose of payroll distribution
- Prepares inter-office memorandums and facilitates distribution to different department units
- Provides accurate information regarding manpower headcount, employment status of employees, etc.
- Maintains the accuracy of all company records thru effective filing of all employee documents and records
- Encodes information of newly hired employees to orient/enroll them on the existing HRIS system
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Has at least one (1) year of working experience in performing activities pertaining to recruitment, and/or employee relations
- Has good communication skills
- Familiarity with the Philippine Labor Code, as well as other pertinent labor laws is an advantage

Provide support to accounting activities and functions and other clerical works.
Qualifications:
- Female; not more than 30 years old;
- Graduate of Accounting or any Finance related course
- General accounting experience for at least one year
- Knowledge in MS Applications (MS Words, Excel)
- Must be articulate in details
- Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of bookkeeping
- Able to work independently, flexible, committed, hands-on, a team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills
